Ben Johnson takes in Cubs playoff game during Bears’ bye week
Chicago Bears head coach Ben Johnson is making using some of his down time to support the Cubs’ playoff run.
After a 2-2 start, the Chicago Bears have an early bye in Week 5, as they regroup and hope to build on back-to-back wins they’ve enjoyed over the past two weeks.
Bears head coach Ben Johnson is sure to spend the majority of his extra time making preparations for their next opponent, but he’s also lending some support to another pro sports team elsewhere in the city.
Johnson was spotted taking in the Chicago Cubs’ playoff game at Wrigley Field this week:
A dominant win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 3 got the Bears in the win column for the first time this year, and they followed it up with a dramatic road victory last week against the Las Vegas Raiders to get their record back to .500 for the season.
Johnson already looks like a massive improvement over the Bears’ previous head coach, and his staff appears to have Caleb Williams and the rest of the roster headed in the right direction.
