The Chicago Bears have placed linebacker Noah Sewell on injured reserve, ending his 2025 season.
Sewell suffered an Achilles injury in Sunday night’s loss to the San Francisco 49ers:
Sewell finishes his 2025 campaign with 59 total tackles (33 solo), three tackles for loss, and a forced fumble. He appeared in 13 games in his third NFL season, with nine starts.
Tremaine Edmunds and T.J. Edwards are both back in the starting lineup and fully healthy after being nagged by injuries earlier in the year, but losing Sewell will ding the Bears’ depth at linebacker as they head into the playoffs.
